● What kind of metal is used for bezel gemstone?

All of our Bezeled gemstones are based on Sterling Silver with either 18k Gold / Rhodium / Platinum Plating

● Is electroplating gemstone sterling silver?

---

No, All of the Electroplating product have 3 layers, a Silver Based Liquid is applied on the stone to attract plating, a layer of Brass to hold the strong strong and finally either 18k Gold Plating or Platinum plating. Only the jump ring has Sterling Silver. We can’t do the electroplating process using sterling Silver.

● What type of metal is used in Chain?

All of our chains are sterling silver, either gold or rhodium plated.

● How much of carat is in gold plating?

All of our gold plating is 18k.

● Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we do. (Our location is at 389 5th Ave St 810 New York, NY 10016.)We are open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6PM by appointment only.

We carry more product than it’s visible on our website. So, there are better chances that we have the product in stock and your order will be shipped complete. We will reach out to you just in case if we are out of any item before shipping.

RETURN POLICY

● Product must be in good condition the way it was received.

● Product must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.

Please contact us immediately at 1-(212) 213-9848 We ask that you send your items back with a copy of the invoice. Returned strands need to be in original strung condition and in the original packaging.
